France cuts its economic growth forecast for 2024
Recently, French Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire said that the French government has lowered its GDP growth forecast for 2024 from 1.4% to 1%. In an interview with French television, Le Maire also said government spending would be cut by 10 billion euros ($10.8 billion) across all departments and agencies.
