On the 24th, the European Space Agency reached a preliminary agreement with SpaceX to launch up to four satellites next year. A spokesman for the European Space Agency said the agreement still needs final approval from the European Commission and other EU member states before it can take effect. SpaceX reportedly plans to launch two Falcon 9 rockets, each carrying two Galileo satellites.
